Changes and Cancellations
It will be your responsibility to inform
us of any changes in registration information after your
initial registration.
We will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate
your request but cannot guarantee we will be able to
do so and this also strongly depends on when you
place your request.
Registration
Exchanges
You may exchange your event
registration with another person, but you will have to
arrange it on your own. We will
not coordinate any registration exchanges.
Administrative
Fees
We will charge a $50 administrative
fee for all cancellations and registration exchanges
and reserve
the right to do so for all other registration changes.
We also will not refund any unrecoverable costs such
as non-returnable services or merchandise purchased on
your behalf.
