Before Our Events
All merchandise items are guaranteed available by the event's regular registration
deadline unless otherwise noted. Although we will try to accommodate your
request, some merchandise items may not be available if you register late.
During and After Our Events
We will gladly sell you any remaining merchandise items during and/or after
our events, although we cannot guarantee the availability of any item.
Items Purchased During Event Registration
items ordered during your initial event registration
will be delivered to you at your starting location during
event. There will be no additional cost
for this service.
If you choose to receive your merchandise items at your
ending location you will need to specifically ask us for
them - we
will not necessary give them to you upon your arrival
there. If you forget to receive your merchandise at the end
of the event we can ship it to you later upon request - you
will just need to cover the shipping fee.
If you wish to have your item shipped to you either before
or after the event you will need to contact us directly to
arrange this and we will charge you the appropriate additional

when you registered; we will not be able to give you a different size later
at check in. We may be able to accommodate requests for merchandise item size
changes before then, depending on when you place your request, but we cannot
