Size Exchanges The size of the merchandise item that you receive will be the size that you indicated when you registered; we will not be able to give you a different size later at check in. We may be able to accommodate requests for merchandise item size changes before then, depending on when you place your request, but we cannot guarantee it.

Item Availability

Before Our Events
All merchandise items are guaranteed available by the event's regular registration deadline unless otherwise noted. Although we will try to accommodate your request, some merchandise items may not be available if you register late.

During and After Our Events
We will gladly sell you any remaining merchandise items during and/or after our events, although we cannot guarantee the availability of any item.

Shipping and Delivery
All items are shipped via ground service. If you would like expedited delivery service (overnight, priority mail, etc.) you will need to contact us directly to arrange this and we will charge you the appropriate additional shipping fees.

Items Purchased During Initial Event Registration
If you purchase any Bicycle Illinois merchandise items when you initially register for an event, we will deliver your items to you directly at the event itself. There will be no additional cost for this service.

If you wish to have your item shipped to you either before or after the event you will need to contact us directly to arrange this and we will charge you the appropriate additional shipping fees.

Items Purchased Individually
If you purchase any Bicycle Illinois merchandise items individually (without also registering for an event), you will be charged an additional shipping fee.

Items Purchased After Initial Event Registration
If you purchase any Bicycle Illinois merchandise items after you initially register for an event, you will be charged an additional shipping fee at the time of purchase. If you pick up your item directly during the event itself we will refund your shipping fees after the completion of the event.
