Registration Limits
Registration limits for each event
will be listed under the specific information for that event.
More than
anything else, having registration limits assists us in our
internal planning. It is a bit
of "insurance" in that we know that we
will be able to handle the number of participants
up to our registration limits and all participants
will be able to have a fantastic time.
It is impossible
to know exactly how many participants we are going
to have each year, and we use our participant limit
numbers to make specific reservations with our
facilities and service providers such as the main lodging sites,
rest stops, and restaurants. It is always easier
to scale back operations from larger than actual
plans than to scale things up.
