The facility is air conditioned.

The indoor sleeping area has a brand new, ballroom style floor. Because of this you will need to store your bike on a mat provided by the main lodging site and it will be extremely important not to wear cycling cleats inside the building to not mar the floor.

SOME SECURITY LIGHTS WILL BE ON ALL NIGHT IN THE INDOOR SLEEPING AREA. By law, these lights must remain on and we will not be able to turn them off so the indoor sleeping area will not be completely dark at night. This has not been a problem in the past for most participants, but if you think it might presnt a problem for you, we strongly recommend bringing a night mask to sleep in. Call to make a reservation under the "Bicycle Illinois" room block. The room block will be held until June 13th, 2010. Please note that the listed room rates are subject to change annually on July 1st and you will be assessed the rate effective at the time of the event.

Even though the continental breakfast normally starts at 6:30 am, the continental breakfast will start at 6:00 am special for Bicycle Illinois participants.

All rooms are non-smoking. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, whirlpool, or laundry machines available.

There is no charge for long term parking in Champaign. If you want to leave your car in Champaign you will need to come to the customer service desk inside the Illinois Terminal (see above) and enter your individual vehicle info and parking dates into their log book so your car doesn't get towed.
