All prices listed below begin at 12:00 am central time
on the first date listed and end at 11:59 pm on the last
date listed. All extra services are subject to availability
after the regular registration deadline.
Regular
Registration Deadlines and Late Registration
The regular registration deadline will be at 11:59
pm CST, Friday July 23rd, 2021, which is four weeks before
the start of the tour.
After the regular registration deadline late fees will be
assessed. The late fee for riders is $125.00 for the full
tour and $25.00 per day for a partial day tour. The late
fee for non-riders is $100.00 for the full tour and $20.00
per day for a partial day tour.

Transportation Services
Trikes (bicycles with three wheels) are not allowed on any
of our transportation services due to our inability to easily
and quickly transport them.
BEFORE THE START of the Tour to
Cairo
This service includes transportation of your baggage
and bicycle to Cairo, and transportation of you from
Carbondale to Cairo on the Saturday before the start
of the tour. This service does
NOT include transportation of you to Carbondale. If you
are not initially meeting
us in Carbondale, you must also purchase your own ticket
on the 391 Saluki Amtrak train to Carbondale separately
on your own.

Non-Upright Bicycle Transportation Fee - $25.00
There will be an additional $25.00 fee to transport recumbents and tandems on
the Saturday before the start of the tour to Cairo. However a tandem bicycle
will not incur an additional fee if both people riding it register for the
same transportation service. AFTER THE END of the Tour from Chicago on Saturday and
Sunday
This service includes a ticket for transportation of
you, your baggage and your standard full-size bicycle aboard
an Amtrak train from Chicago. Non-upright bikes (recumbents,
tandems, etc.) are not allowed per Amtrak policy. There
is a limit of 4 total registrations for the 8:15 am (391
Saluki) train, 4 for the 4:05 pm (393 Illini) train, and
2 for the 8:05 pm (59 City Of New Orleans) train.
