Registration Limits
There will be a limit of 200 participants for Bicycle Illinois, and a waiting list will be available once the event is full.

Deadlines and Late Registration
The regular registration deadline for Bicycle Illinois will be at midnight, Thursday June 11th, 2009, which is exactly one month before the start of the event.

After the regular registration deadline, you may still be able to register but a late fee of $75 for the full tour or $15 per day for a partial day tour will be assessed.

Non-Rider Registration
If you have friends or family who want to travel with you during the event but will not actually be riding a bicycle they must still register for the event. The registration fee for non-riders will be 50% of the regular registration fee. All other registration policies, procedures and fees will be the same for non-riders including late fees and fees for all extra services and merchandise.
