After the Regular Registration Deadline
 Providing
one way trips can be very difficult, and unfortunately
we cannot allow unlimited registration for one way trips. This is because
our busses have a maximum
capacity
of 56 seats and when someone only travels one way that leaves an
empty seat on the bus the other way. If we allowed unlimited registration
for
one way trips, we could end up with too many open seats on a bus in the opposite
direction.
Until the Regular Registration Deadline
We will be regulating
the registration for one way trips until our regular registration deadline
by
matching participants
travelling
on
one trip with participants travelling on the other trip and also allowing
up to three open seats on either trip.
Based on our survey results, three seats is appropriate to allow most groups
to be able to travel together. Doing so minimizes the number of open
seats while accommodating as many participants as possible.

All registrations for one way trips must be done online so that we instantly
know when someone has registered for a one way trip and can maintain a current
accurate list of available seats. One way registration will only be available
when seats are available, and you will only be officially registered and
guaranteed a one way seat when your credit card has been charged. We will
update the number of available one way seats immediately after a one way
registration is complete.
One Way Bicycle Transportation Only
We have plenty of extra space to transport bicycles so registration
for one way bicycle transportation only (not including transportation
for you or your baggage) will not be limited and will always
be
open and available.
