Add Extra Services and Merchandise Instructions

OVERALL INSTRUCTIONS

Items will be added to your online "Shopping Cart" one by one in an "Ala Carte" fashion. After adding an item to your shopping cart you can either click "Continue Shopping" to add more items or "Proceed to Checkout" to pay.

To order additional items highlight the number under the "Quantity" column, type the quantity of the item you wish to purchase, and click "Update Cart". The item quantity will be corrected.

Corrections
If you incorrectly add an item, simply check the box in the "Remove" column next to the item description and click "Update Cart". The item will be removed from your Shopping Cart.

If you unintentionally add the same item twice, "2" will show up under the "Quantity" column. To change the quantity back to 1 simply highlight the "2" and type "1" and click "Update Cart". The item quantity will be corrected.

View Cart
If you accidentally close the "Shopping Cart" window, simply click the "View Cart" button. Your "Shopping Cart" items will remain the same as before you closed the window.

Check-Out and Payment
Carefully check your "Shopping Cart" to make sure you've selected all the items you want, and that the quantities and options of each item are correct. Then click "Proceed to Checkout." You will be redirected to PayPal to pay.

If you have a PayPal account: Log in to PayPal and complete payment through your PayPal account under the "LOGIN TO PAYPAL" section.

You do not have to pay through your PayPal account even if you have one. Just pay as if you do not have a PayPal account (this allows you to pay with credit cards not linked to your PayPal account).

If you do not have a PayPal account: You do not need to register for one. Click the "Continue" link under the "Don't have a PayPal Account?" section and follow the instructions listed to pay by credit card.

Shipping
You will need to confirm that your shipping address is correct.

Payment Completion and Confirmation
After successfully completing online registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal listing the items you purchased.

Partial Day Tour Additional Day Registration
To add the initial additional day for a Partial Day Tour Registration click on the pull-down menu and select the first day you wish to add. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Bicycle Illinois Partial Day Tour Additional Day Registration" will appear as the item and the initial additional day you selected will be listed as the option.

To add another day click "Continue Shopping", click on the pull-down menu and select the next day you wish to add. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and the "Shopping Cart" window will reappear. "Bicycle Illinois Partial Day Tour Additional Day Registration" will appear as an additional item and the next day you selected will be listed as the option.

Transportation Services
To add a transportation service option click on the pull-down menu below the transportation service date option you wish to add and select the pick up/drop off location. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. Either "Bicycle Illinois Transportation Service to Carbondale and Cairo Before the Start of the Event" or "Bicycle Illinois Transportation Service from Chicago After the End of the Event" and the day you selected will appear as the item and the pick up/drop off location you selected will be listed as the option.

Chicago Bicycle Shipment Pick Up and Delivery Service
To add the Chicago bicycle shipment pick up and delivery service click on the pull-down menu and select the time you wish to add. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Chicago Bicycle Shipment Pick Up and Delivery Service" will appear as the item and the time you selected will be listed as the option.

TRI-STATE TOUR SPECIFIC ITEMS

Return Transportation Service from Kenosha, WI
To add the return transportation service click on the pull-down menu and select the event and drop off location you wish to add. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Tri-State Tour Return Transportation Service from Kenosha, WI" will appear as the item and the event and drop off location you selected will be listed as the option.

Box Lunch
To add the box lunch option click on the pull-down menu and select the event for which you wish to add the box lunch option. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Tri-State Tour Box Lunch" will appear as the item and the event you selected will be listed as the option.

Supported Hotel Baggage Delivery Service
To add the supported hotel baggage delivery service click on the pull-down menu and select the event and pick up/drop off location you wish to add. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Tri-State Tour Supported Hotel Baggage Delivery Service" will appear as the item and the event and pick up/drop off location you selected will be listed as the option.
