OVERALL INSTRUCTIONS

Items will be added to your online "Shopping Cart" one by one in an "Ala Carte" fashion. After adding an item to your shopping cart you can either click "Continue Shopping" to add more items or "Proceed to Checkout" to pay.

To order additional items highlight the number under the "Quantity" column, type the quantity of the item you wish to purchase, and click "Update Cart". The item quantity will be corrected.

Corrections
If you incorrectly add an item, simply check the box in the "Remove" column next to the item description and click "Update Cart". The item will be removed from your Shopping Cart.

If you unintentionally add the same item twice, "2" will show up under the "Quantity" column. To change the quantity back to 1 simply highlight the "2" and type "1" and click "Update Cart". The item quantity will be corrected.

View Cart
If you accidentally close the "Shopping Cart" window, simply click the "View Cart" button. Your "Shopping Cart" items will remain the same as before you closed the window.

Check-Out and Payment
Carefully check your "Shopping Cart" to make sure you've selected all the items you want, and that the quantities and options of each item are correct. Then click the "Check Out" button. You will be redirected to PayPal to pay.

If you have a PayPal account
Log in to PayPal and complete payment through your PayPal account under the "Pay with my PayPal account" section.

You do not have to pay through your PayPal account even if you have one. Just pay as if you do not have a PayPal account (this allows you to pay with credit cards not linked to your PayPal account).

If you do not have a PayPal account
You do not need to register for one. Click on the "Don't have a PayPal account?" section and follow the instructions listed to pay by credit card.

Shipping
You will need to confirm that your shipping address is correct.

Payment Completion and Confirmation
After successfully completing online registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal listing the items you purchased.

Partial Day Tour Additional Day Registration
To add the initial additional day for a Partial Day Tour Registration click on the pull-down menu next to the type of participation (Rider or Non-Rider and Volunteer) and select the first day you wish to add. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Bicycle Illinois Partial Day Tour Additional Day Registration" and "Rider" or "Non-Rider and Volunteer" will appear as the item and the initial additional day you selected will be listed as the option.

To add another day click "Continue Shopping", click on the pull-down menu and select the next day you wish to add. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and the "Shopping Cart" window will reappear. "Bicycle Illinois Partial Day Tour Additional Day Registration" and "Rider" or "Non-Rider and Volunteer" will appear as an additional item and the next day you selected will be listed as the option.

Transportation Services

Before the Start of the Tour to Cairo
To add transportation service to Cairo before the start of the tour click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the pick up location and bicycle type (if any) you wish to add and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Transportation Service to Cairo Before the Start of the Tour - Pick Up Location" will appear as the item and the pick up location and bicycle type (if any) you selected will be listed as the option.

After the End of the Tour from Chicago
To add transportation service From Chicago after the end of the tour click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the departure day, time, and drop-off location you wish to add and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Transportation Service From Chicago After the End of the Tour" and the departure day, time, and drop-off location will be listed as the option.

Mechanical Support Plan
To add the mechanical support plan click on the "Add to Cart" button above the number of days you will be participating and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Bicycle Illinois Mechanical Support Plan:" will appear as the item and the number of days you selected will be listed as the option.

Towel Service
To add towel service during the tour click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the number of days you will be attending and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Bicycle Illinois Towel Service" and the number of days you selected will appear as the item.

Tent Rental
To add tent rental during the tour click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the type of tent and number of days you will be attending and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Bicycle Illinois Tent Rental" and the type of tent and the number of days you selected will appear as the item.

Chair Rental
To add chair rental during the tour click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the number of days you will be attending and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Bicycle Illinois Chair Rental" and the number of days you selected will appear as the item.

Bicycle Illinois Jerseys
To add a Bicycle Illinois Jersey click on the pull-down menu and select the cut and size you wish to add. Click on the "Add to Cart" button and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Bicycle Illinois Jersey" will appear as the item and the cut and size you selected will be listed as the option.

Bicycle Illinois Water Bottles
To add a Bicycle Illinois Water Bottle click on the "Add to Cart" button and the "Shopping Cart" window will appear. "Bicycle Illinois Water Bottle" will appear as the item.
