Registration Limits
There are no registration limits at this time. However,
this may change depending on the room capacity at our supported
hotels in each of our stopping towns.

Regular Registration Deadlines and Late Registration
The regular registration deadline
will be at 11:59 pm CST, Friday, August 21st, 2026, which
is four weeks before the start of the tour.
After the regular registration deadline late fees will be
assessed. The late fee for riders is $200.00 for the full
tour and $30.00 per day for a partial day tour. The late
fee for non-riders is $150.00 for the full tour and $20.00
per day for a partial day tour.

Non-Rider Registration
If you have friends or family who want to travel
with you during the tour but will not actually be riding
a bicycle
they must still register for the tour. The
registration
fee
for non-riders
will be
significantly less expensive than the
regular registration fee. After the regular registration
deadline a late fee of $150.00
for the full tour or $20.00 per day for non-riders will
be assessed. All other registration policies and procedures
will be the same for non-riders including the fees for all
extra services and merchandise.
Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Force Majure
In the event we are completely unable to run an event
due to circumstances beyond our control your registration will
be honored as a credit toward any future Bicycle Illinois and
Bike Wisconsin event, service, or merchandise item that will
never expire.
Travel Insurance
If you do not participate and would like a refund you
MUST purchase an individual travel insurance plan, which will reimburse
you according to the plan coverage. Many plans are very reasonably priced.
As part of your initial online registration you will have
the option to purchase an individual travel insurance
plan offered through RegShield. This plan must be purchased
as part of your initial online registration - it cannot be
added later.

form you can still purchase an individual
travel insurance plan. Click
