2026 Prices and Deadlines

All prices listed below begin at 12:00 am central time on the first date listed and end at 11:59 pm on the last date listed. All extra services are subject to availability after the regular registration deadline.

Regular Registration Deadlines and Late Registration
The regular registration deadline will be at 11:59 pm CST, Friday, August 21st, 2026, which is four weeks before the start of the tour.

After the regular registration deadline late fees will be assessed. The late fee for riders is $200.00 for the full tour and $30.00 per day for a partial day tour. The late fee for non-riders is $150.00 for the full tour and $20.00 per day for a partial day tour.

Full Tour Registration (St. Louis to Joliet)
We are still determining the prices for each day of a partial day tour registration.

Regular Rider Registration

Non-Rider and Volunteer Registration
All registrations on a volunteer basis require prior approval.

Additional Hotel Rooms
Hotel room reservations in the following towns are not included with tour registration and must be additionally reserved through us to receive baggage pick up and/or delivery services. This is especially important if you plan to use one of our transportation services before or after the tour.

The rates for these additional hotel rooms are subject to change based on availability.

Transportation Services
All transportation services include bicycle and baggage transportation only. Participants will travel aboard a public train or bus schedule. You must purchase your own train or bus ticket. The bicycle you transport must be the same one you ride.

Bicycles That Require Special Handling and Care - $30.00
There will be an additional $30.00 fee to transport bicycles that require special handing and care (recumbents, e-bikes, etc.) Additional fees may apply for tandem or other bicycle types. However a tandem bicycle will not incur an additional fee if both people riding it register for the same transportation service. Trikes (any bicycle with more than two wheels) are not allowed due to our inability to easily and quickly transport them.

Late Fee - $30.00
In order to assist capacity planning, there will be a $30.00 late fee after the regular registration deadline for all transportation services (if available).

Long Term Parking
Bicycle Illinois will not be responsible for the payment of any parking fees, you must pay the parking location on your own.

• Joliet - $1.50 per day (days reset at midnight)
• St. Louis - $10.50 per day (per 24 hour period)

Mechanical Support Plan
The number of days you register for must match the number of days you will attend the tour.
