Registration Limits
There will not be any registration limits for RAIL North or RAIL South.
Regular Registration Deadlines and Late
Registration
RAIL North: 11:59 pm CST, Saturday
May 31st, 2025
RAIL South: 11:59 pm CST, Friday June 6th, 2025
The regular registration
deadline for both
events is two weeks before the start of each
event.
After the regular registration deadline a late
fee of $30.00 will be assessed.

RAIL North
The regular registration deadline for RAIL North
is the same as the room block
reservation cut-off date for our supported hotel
room block.

RAIL South
Our room block reservation
cut-off date at the St. Louis hotel will only
be held until Wednesday, May 21st, 2025
which
is OVER TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE REGULAR
REGISTRATION DEADLINE.
DO
NOT WAIT TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION AT THE
ST. LOUIS HOTEL OR IT MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE!!!!!!

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Force Majure
In the event we are completely unable to run
an event due to circumstances beyond our control
your registration will be honored as a credit toward
any future Bicycle Illinois and Bike Wisconsin event,
service, or merchandise item that will never expire.
Travel Insurance
If you do not participate and would like a refund you
MUST purchase an individual travel insurance plan, which will reimburse
you according to the plan coverage. Many plans are very reasonably priced.
As part of your initial online registration you
will have the option to purchase an individual
travel insurance plan offered through RegShield.
This plan must be purchased as part of your initial
online registration - it cannot be added later.
If do not purchase the RegShield plan online or
register using the paper registration form you
can still purchase an individual travel insurance
