All prices listed below begin at 12:00 am central time on the first date listed and end at 11:59 pm on the last date listed. All extra services are subject to availability after the regular registration deadline.

Regular Registration Deadlines and Late Registration
The regular registration deadline will be at 11:59 pm CST, Friday June 6th, 2025, which is exactly two weeks before the start of the event and the same as the room block reservation cut-off date for the St. Louis hotel.

After the regular registration deadline a late fee of $30.00 will be assessed.

Event Registration

Transportation Services from Vincennes to St. Louis

• Before the Start of the event - $109.00
• From Vincennes to St. Louis After the End of the event - $109.00

Bicycles That Require Special Handling and Care - $30.00
There will be an additional $30.00 fee to transport bicycles that require special handing and care (recumbents, e-bikes, tandems, etc.) for each transportation service. However a tandem bicycle will not incur an additional fee if both people riding it register for the same transportation service.

Late Fee - $30.00
In order to assist capacity planning, there will be a $30.00 late fee after the regular registration deadline for all transportation services (if available).

Supported Hotels
The room rates and room block information for the supported hotel in each stopping town is listed under the information for each stopping town. You must make and pay for reservations on your own.

Parking
Bicycle Illinois will not be responsible for the payment of any parking fees, you must pay the parking location on your own.
