Water Stops

On some events we will also have officially designated water stop locations at pre-designated locations. Water stops will typically be at gas stations or convenience stores directly on or very, very close to the route between our other official rest stop locations.

Water stops are intended to supplement our other official rest stop locations. They will typically be available along longer ride segments and/or during events where the weather can be very hot.

You will be able to stop and buy water and other snacks and drinks there on your own, particularly items that we cannot provide on our own such as ice cream. We will not pay for any item you buy so make sure to bring money with you on the road.

Water stops will not manned by our staff members so mechanical or medical support services will not be available there.
