Our water bottles are manufactured by Specialized and absolutely the best ones we have ever used. We've gone through enough water bottles in our day to know the difference between the good ones and the cheap ones that end up as backups collecting dust in the cabinet or in the trash. You will actually want to use these on the road and they’re really durable and a great value – we’ve used ours for years without any problems. In fact the only reasons we’ve ever had to replace any is because we simply lost them or they got too funky from moldy sports drink we forgot about and found months later!

The water bottles are really soft and squishy so they’re really easy to squeeze and they always quickly come back into form, as opposed to the cheap water bottles made from rock hard plastic that you’ll permanently dent if you squeeze too hard. The nozzle has a huge opening so a lot of water comes out easily so you can get a nice big swig of water or sports drink when you want, and is soft so you won’t hurt your teeth opening it like the hard plastic nozzles. And they are clear so that you can easily see at a glance exactly how much liquid you have left in them and what kind of liquid it is, water or sports drink. Also, you can easily tell if you have any mold growing in them if you forgot to dump out your sports drink after a ride, as opposed to the solid color water bottles where you can’t.
