We particularly recommend taking a minivan (or possibly an SUV) taxicab if possible because they have much more room than a standard sedan and can better accommodate one or several bicycle(s) and your baggage.

Particularly for participants who are not familiar with Chicago, we think taxicabs are the best local public transportation option because they can deliver you, your baggage, and your bicycle (boxed or fully assembled) directly to any location you specify faster and easier than any other local public transportation option.
