All prices listed below begin at 12:00 am central time on the first date listed and end at 11:59 pm on the last date listed. All extra services are subject to availability after the regular registration deadline.

Regular Registration Deadlines and Late Registration
The regular registration deadline will be at 11:59 pm CST, Friday July 19th, 2024, which is four weeks before the start of the tour.

After the regular registration deadline late fees will be assessed. The late fee for riders is $150.00 for the full tour and $30.00 per day for a partial day tour. The late fee for non-riders is $100.00 for the full tour and $20.00 per day for a partial day tour.

Rider Registration

Non-Rider and Volunteer Registration
All registrations on a volunteer basis require prior approval.

Transportation Services
Trikes (any bicycle with more than two wheels) are not allowed on any of our transportation services due to our inability to easily and quickly transport them.

BEFORE THE START of the Tour to Cairo
This service includes transportation for you, your baggage, and your bicycle to Cairo on the Saturday before the start of the tour. If you are not initially meeting us in Carbondale, you must also purchase your own ticket on the 391 Saluki Amtrak train to Carbondale separately on your own.

Bicycles That Require Special Handling and Care - $30.00
There will be an additional $30.00 fee to transport bicycles that require special handing and care (recumbents, e-bikes, tandems, etc.) on the Saturday before the start of the tour to Cairo. However a tandem bicycle will not incur an additional fee if both people riding it register for the same transportation service. Trikes (any bicycle with three or more wheels) are not allowed because we cannot easily and quickly transport them in any support vehicle.

AFTER THE END of the Tour from Chicago on Saturday and Sunday
This service includes a ticket for transportation of you, your baggage and your standard full-size bicycle aboard an Amtrak train from Chicago. Non-upright bikes (recumbents, tandems, etc.) are not allowed per Amtrak policy. There is a limit of 4 total registrations for the 8:15 am (391 Saluki) train, 4 for the 4:05 pm (393 Illini) train, and 2 for the 8:05 pm (59 City Of New Orleans) train for each day (Saturday and Sunday).

Long Term Parking
Bicycle Illinois will not be responsible for the payment of any parking fees, you must pay the parking location on your own.

Supported Hotel Baggage Delivery Service - no charge (included in registration)

Extra Services
The number of days you register for extra services must match the number of days you will attend the tour including the Tri-State Tour Chicago Century #2.

Towel Service
Includes a fresh towel and washcloth each day of the tour.

Tent Rental
Includes daily set-up and take down.
