Check In
Check in at the starting location will begin at 6:00
am and end promptly at 6:45 am because like you,
we will need to get ready for the upcoming ride.
Please plan on checking in as early as possible
because the more time you have to get your bike
ready and to stock up on snacks and sports drinks
for the upcoming ride the better. In addition,
we will not have be able to assure a timely departure
if all our participants decide to check in at 6:40
am.
At 7:00 am we will have a mandatory opening meeting
where we will describe our policies and procedures
and answer any questions you might have. After the
opening meeting is complete the route will open and
we will have a group departure. You may not depart
before the route opens.

Rest Stop Closing Times
All riders must arrive at the Lake Forest rest stop
by 3:45 pm and the Waukegan rest stop by 4:45
pm.
These times fit perfectly with our planned minimum
riding pace of 12 mph and maximum 30 minute stopping
time at every rest stop and also leaves our slower
participants plenty of time to complete the century
loop option in Kenosha.
If you do not arrive at these locations by these
times we reserve the right to transport you to the
ending location in a support vehicle. We may either
have you continue riding to the next rest stop or
make you stop riding and wait where you are at a
safe location on the road for us to come pick up
you, depending on your location at that time. If
you refuse to be transported to the ending location
we reserve the right to deny you all event services
from point forward and you will be completely on
your own.
Route Closing Times
At 6:30 pm the route will close in order to assure
a timely departure for the
return
transportation
service
from Kenosha. All participants
must have arrived at the ending location in
Kenosha including
participants
doing
the
Kenosha
century
loop option.

and any mechanical problems you might encounter along the way.
