Events Bike Ride Services is a specialist in catering to your biking needs and comfort. All of their services are first class, and they will strive to make your experience even more enjoyable and relaxing.

When available, the following services will be available at the main lodging site directly through Events Bike Ride Services:

• Massage Therapy
• Daily Towel Rental (includes a washcloth)
• Personal Tent and Air Mattress Set Up (daily set up and take down of your own tent and air mattress)
• Tent and Air Mattress Rental (includes daily set up and take down of a tent and air mattress)
• Chair Rental
• In-Town Shuttle Service
• Bicycle Detailing

If you are interested in these services we strongly recommend preregistering for them before the start of the event. Discount packages will be available and all services must be paid by cash, check, or money order.

Massage Therapy
Reward yourself with a massage after a long, hot day of riding and keep your sore, tired legs working smoothly. Leave yourself feeling relaxed and at your best!

Glen Morey of Events Bike Ride Services is a licensed massage therapist who will travel alongside the event. He specializes exclusively in working at sporting events across the country and is also an active athlete himself, having completed a half Ironman and 13 marathons.

Daily Towel Rental
Do you hate carrying those dirty, wet, stinky towels? Events Bike Ride Services can provide you with a clean and freshly laundered towel and washcloth every day.

Personal Tent and Air Mattress Set Up
Imagine arriving at the main lodging site after a long, hot challenging ride with your tent already set up and your air mattress inflated and waiting for you to lie down! Events Bike Ride Services can make this dream possible. They also arrive before anyone else at the main lodging site so your tent and air mattress will be set up in the best spot possible. No more walking a mile to the front door! This service also includes taking down your tent and deflating your air mattress in the morning so you won’t have to scramble to get them packed up and on the baggage truck before it leaves!

Tent and Air Mattress Rental
If you don’t own a tent or air mattress or don’t want to lug them with you for the entire event, you can rent either one from Events Bike Ride Services. Tent rentals include all the benefits of the personal tent set up service described above and single, double, and 3-person occupancy tents are all available. The air mattresses are the standard size for a two-man tent. Availability will be limited however, so make sure to register for one today before they’re all gone!

Chair Rental
Why bring any extra baggage you don’t have to? Rent a folding chair for a very reasonable rate, and the first 15 participants that sign up for chair rental service and purchase a massage package will also receive an additional discount!

In-Town Shuttle Service
Events Bike Ride Services can shuttle you, your bike, and your baggage within each stopping town. This is perfect if you have a change of plans and decide to stay in our supported hotel after you arrive or if need help getting to or from the Amtrak train station if you are doing a partial day trip.

Bicycle Detailing
Everyone knows that A CLEAN BIKE RIDES BETTER. Events Bike Ride Services can clean and polish all of the essential parts of your bike including:

• The frame
• Forks
• Front & rear derailleur
• Spokes & wheels
• Crankset
• Chain & cassettes
• Plus, lube your chain and cassette

Remember - a clean bike is a happy bike!
