POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Baggage Delivery Limitations

We will not transport baggage between these locations or provide any type of baggage delivery or transportation service to any other location, including any hotel that is not the supported hotel.

Baggage will only be delivered to the supported hotel when the baggage truck initially arrives in each stopping town and will only be picked up from the supported hotel as the baggage truck departs each stopping town.

Baggage will only be delivered to the main lodging site and/or ride ending location after baggage has been delivered to the supported hotel in that stopping town.

Baggage will always be picked up from the main lodging site and/or ride starting location before it is picked up from the supported hotel in each stopping town.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO OUR BAGGAGE TRANSPORTATION LIMITATION POLICIES FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME.

Staying at Lodging Locations other than the Main Lodging Site or Supported Hotel
If you choose to stay at a lodging location other than the main lodging site or the supported hotel in each stopping town, it will be your own responsibility to transport your baggage to this location on your own.

It will also be your own responsibility to transport your baggage back to the main lodging site the following morning and load it onto the baggage truck before the baggage truck departs. You may not transport your baggage to the supported hotel because we cannot guarantee the arrival time of the baggage truck at the supported hotel each morning. If you are running late in the morning, the baggage truck will not wait for you. If you miss the baggage truck it will not will not come back and pick your baggage and it will be your own responsibility to transport your baggage to the next stopping town.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT STAY AT ANY LODGING LOCATION OTHER THAN THE MAIN LODGING SITE OR SUPPORTED HOTEL IN EACH NIGHTLY STOPPING TOWN.
